About the Opportunity
We’re opening our doors to bright, curious and motivated graduates and early-career professionals eager to work with our clients, and internally in one of the following streams:
- Marketing & Content Creation – Develop brand content, manage digital communication and support marketing campaigns.
- Industrial Engineering – Work alongside consultants and our software development team to improve client processes, map workflows and help implement ERP solutions in Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries..
- Data Science / Information Systems / Accounting & Business – Train and support our own, and also our clients’, financial systems and help drive smarter decision-making.
You’ll work directly with experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to live projects and build the foundations for a rewarding career in technology and business transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting business and system analysis, documentation and implementation
- Contributing to marketing and internal communications projects
- Working with real data sets to identify trends, streamline reporting and improve performance
- Collaborating cross-functionally with consultants, developers and clients
- Learning how to navigate and customise Odoo ERP – one of the world’s fastest-growing business systems
- Participating in project meetings, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years’ experience)
- Qualifications in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or Accounting & Business
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine curiosity about how businesses work and how technology can make them better
- A positive, self-driven mindset and eagerness to learn
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Independent, solutions-focused and detail-driven
